Customisation & Alterations

All our new designs can be customised, either with subtle alterations to your taste or a complete bespoke design starting from scratch. Vintage items retain their value when in original or near original condition. Most rings can be expertly altered to your finger size, free of charge & within 24 hours.

Descriptions

The metal specification refers to the main part of the item (e.g. the shank of the ring) and not to the setting around the diamond, which is usually platinum.

Photography

The images are a good likeness of the designs we stock. Limitations of reproduction however mean that colours and proportions may not always be wholly accurate. Specifications can be customised online, but images may not accurately reflect this change. Designs with variable stone size options may often be illustrated using a single image that does not accurately reflect the specific stone size being viewed. Warranty

At Kayes, all of our new jewellery and rings are sold with Lifetime Care and a 10 year guarantee. This covers the item against any manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover loss, general wear and tear, damage resulting from accidents, mishandling (for example, if the ring has been knocked or had impact), unauthorised alterations or repairs, stones loosened by impact, rhodium wear or tarnishing.
