All UK orders placed online via Kayes Jewellers Website will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once we have received your order, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your preferred delivery date. After your item has been dispatched, a member of our team will provide you with your tracking number.

All deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the credit or debit card holder’s address. For all our deliveries a signature is required. Please ensure that someone is present to accept and sign for delivery. We will always make every effort to deliver your goods in accordance with your requested timescales. While we offer this service to you, we cannot be held liable for delays in delivering your goods where such delays are due to reasons outside of our control.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. During the busy Christmas period, we will advise you if there are likely to be any delays.
If you wish to collect your item from our shop, you can do so by adding the item to your basket, proceeding to checkout and selecting 'click and collect' under delivery options. Collections can be made during our shop opening hours:
Please note that for security and insurance reasons you will not be able to access our showroom after 5pm.
When collecting your item please ensure you have at least one of the following forms of picture ID: Driving License or Passport. The ID must have the same first and last name that has been used to make the purchase. If a family member or friend are collecting on your behalf, they too will need a form of your ID. You will also need to send them the confirmation order email, as we will ask them to confirm your order details.
