All our new designs can be customised, either with subtle alterations to your taste or a complete bespoke design starting from scratch. Descriptions

The metal specification refers to the main part of the item (e.g. the shank of the ring) and not to the setting around the diamond, which is usually platinum.

Specifications can be customised online, but images may not accurately reflect this change. Warranty

At Kayes, all of our new jewellery and rings are sold with Lifetime Care and a 10 year guarantee. This covers the item against any manufacturing defects for 10 years from the date of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover loss, general wear and tear, damage resulting from accidents, mishandling (for example, if the ring has been knocked or had impact), unauthorised alterations or repairs, stones loosened by impact, rhodium wear or tarnishing.
