Customisation & Alterations
All our new designs can be customised, either with subtle alterations to your taste or a complete bespoke design starting from scratch. Vintage items retain their value when in original or near original condition. Most rings can be expertly altered to your finger size,  free of charge & within 24 hours.

The metal specification refers to the main part of the item (e.g. the shank of the ring) and not to the setting around the diamond, which is usually platinum.

The images are a good likeness of the designs we stock. Limitations of reproduction however mean that colours and proportions may not always be wholly accurate. Specifications can be customised online, but images may not accurately reflect this change. Designs with variable stone size options may often be illustrated using a single image that does not accurately reflect the specific stone size being viewed. Please contact Kayes for further information.

All our new items are covered by a lifetime guarantee. Accidental damage and the effects of wear and tear are specifically excluded from this guarantee. Have your jewellery regularly cleaned and checked at Kayes to maintain its condition.
